About the transfer

On 27 October 2023, all Phoenix Life Assurance Limited (PLAL) policies transferred to Phoenix Life Limited (Phoenix), following approval from the Court of Session on 3 October 2023 and the High Court on 10 October 2023.

At the same time all Standard Life* policies also transferred to Phoenix.

All of these companies are part of Phoenix Group, the UK’s largest long-term savings and retirement business.
